Frozen food packaging operates in one of the most demanding environments in the food chain — it must maintain its structural properties through freezing, transport, thawing cycles, and display. Our thermoformed freezer grade PP (Polypropylene), Freezer grade PET or HIPS (High impact polystyrene) frozen food packaging is selected for its performance at low temperatures.

Frozen food skillets are a widely used format for portioned frozen bakery products, including individual brownie portions and similar items. The skillet format presents the product clearly, protects it during freezing and distribution, and is compatible with both blast freezing and display cabinet environments.

Frozen food trays and clamshells cover a range of portion sizes and cavity configurations for frozen meals, vegetables, and prepared proteins. Ice cube clamshells provide a hygienic, resealable format for ice cube production and distribution. Ice-cream stick skillets are designed for the individual impulse format familiar from the South African convenience and forecourt retail channel.
