Most standard products have a minimum of 5,000 units. Custom tooling projects start from 10,000 units depending on complexity.

We use food-grade PET and rPET sheet extruded on-site at our FSSC 22000 certified facility. All materials are compliant with food contact regulations.

Yes. We can provide full FSSC 22000 certification documentation and batch traceability records to support your own compliance needs.

Standard tooling: 3-4 weeks production lead time after approval. New tooling development: 4-8 weeks depending on complexity.
