Our design team works from product dimensions, existing samples, technical drawings, or CAD files to develop tooling that produces a consistent, repeatable package. Because we own and operate our own mould-making facility on the same site as production, we can move from approved design to first sample faster than suppliers who outsource tooling.

Material options include PET and rPET thermoplastics depending on the application requirements. For clients with sustainability commitments, we can specify rPET content at the brief stage. Our on-site extrusion capability means we are not dependent on external sheet suppliers for lead times or quality consistency.
