Manufacturing trays used on production lines and in assembly environments serve a different function from consumer packaging — they are working tools that must perform reliably over multiple handling cycles, maintain dimensional stability under production floor conditions, and integrate cleanly with the upstream and downstream equipment in the line.
Our thermoformed manufacturing trays are produced from rigid thermoplastic materials selected for their structural performance at ambient and elevated temperatures. Cavity configurations are developed from component samples or technical drawings, with each cavity sized to hold its component in the correct orientation for the assembly or inspection operation that follows.
Roll-on deodorant collation trays are used in manufacturing environments both as in-process organisation trays during filling and assembly and as outbound collation trays for distribution. Lovell’s on-site tooling and design capability means new manufacturing tray formats can be developed and sampled rapidly.
