Lovell Industries has, since it's establishment in 1973, manufactured moulds and dies for various industries. In the 1980's the focus of mould making naturally moved more into the Blister Packaging Industry and Lovell Industries now specialises solely in the production of top quality blisters, trays, inserts and various other packaging related items.
In this process, the plastic sheet material moves from a roll onto the inline
equipment and through the heating section. The heated material advances into the
forming section where pressure and/or vacuum forces the plastic onto a mould. It
then proceeds to another station where formed parts are die-cut.
